Our practice is located in Connersville, Indiana. Located about 1 hour East of Indianapolis, Connersville offers
a small-town setting as well as a short commute to a big city. Located on the Whitewater River, Connersville
offers nature enthusiasts the opportunity to explore Whitewater Memorial State Park where hiking trails wind
through woodlands and lakeside settings. The local creative scene offers galleries showcasing local artists,

Practice Overview
Our family owned veterinary private practice presents an exceptional mentorship opportunity, nurturing
professional growth and development. Renowned for its forward-thinking approach, the practice embraces
progressive methodologies, ensuring that cutting-edge techniques are integral to patient care. Equipped with
an in-house IDEXX lab, the practice expedites diagnostic processes, enabling accurate assessments. Advanced
medical capabilities, including digital X-Ray, dental digital X-Ray, and ultrasound technologies, enhance
diagnostic precision. Spanning an expansive 10,000 sq. ft., the practice provides ample space dedicated to
comprehensive patient care. With a flexible work schedule, this practice acknowledges the importance of a
work-life balance, fostering an environment to both professional excellence and personal well-being.
What You’ll Be Working On
Nurture and maintain lasting client relationships
Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
Establish and maintain rapport with both clients and team members
Collaborating with the team to streamline processes
Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program
Experience is preferred, but not required
Be licensed or be able to be licensed in the state of Indiana
Willingness to learn and bring new ideas to the practice
Highly motivated collaborator, with the confidence to perform
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated compassion
What’s In It For You
Competitive salary starting at $110,000 - $130,000 Commensurate with experience
