Description
Associate Veterinarian… High-Autonomy, Production-Driven Earning Potential | Eastview Veterinary Clinic
Located just 45 minutes from Nashville in growing Clarksville, TN, we are a well-established (since 1973), high-volume, walk-in-based clinic seeking a confident, driven Associate Veterinarian who wants control over their day, production-driven earning potential, and a supportive and adaptable team behind them.
Why Our Model Works (And Why Our Doctors Love It)
Our walk-in / urgent care / General Practice hybrid model gives you something most clinics can’t:
Control your workflow…no overbooked schedules stacked against you…you see what comes at your pace.
Production-driven bonus potential
Variety in cases…from wellness to urgent care to surgery
Supportive DVM team…feel confident discussing cases with other associate DVMs
No after-hours ER responsibilities
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making real-time medical decisions, you’ll feel right at home here.
A Team That Supports You
We’re intentionally building a structure that allows our doctors to focus on medicine, because walk-in veterinary care can be fast-paced and unpredictable, and we believe that challenge is best handled as a team, not alone.
We provide:
A seasoned *Emotional Support Human *(Hospital Manager) who keeps the day running smoothly and brings the right mix of wit, sarcasm, and humor to keep things grounded
A Managing DVM who leads by example and is driven by golden outcomes for patients
Fellow Associate DVMs who collaborate openly, sharing perspectives and treatment recommendations in a low-ego environment
Dedicated Veterinary Assistants are assigned to each DVM to keep the workflow efficient and focused
An LVT with a passion for independently leading dental procedures
3–4 CSRs to support steady client flow and strong communication
An established Inventory Manager to ensure you have what you need, when you need it
A Hospital Attendant to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently
This is not a “figure it out yourself” environment. This is a team-driven operation, and we are always looking for ways to evolve and grow.
