Description: Salisbury Animal Hospital is a privately owned, family-operated group with three full-service locations in Salisbury, NC and China Grove, NC: Salisbury Animal Hospital, West Innes Animal Hospital, and our brand new 10,000 sq ft South Rowan Animal Hospital.
We are a WALK-IN ONLY practice that handles a wide range of cases, including routine GP procedures (spays, neuters, dentals), long term disease management, emergencies (surgeries and sick patient work ups). Our team consists of 20 veterinarians across the three clinics, with a strong mix of experienced doctors (some with 20+ years in practice) who actively mentor newer graduates. As a family-owned practice spanning three generations of veterinarians, we pride ourselves on a supportive, collaborative environment.
We are committed to excellent work-life balance. Veterinarians work 37 hours per week, enjoy a full hour-long lunch break (all clinics close 1–2pm daily), no on-call duties, and finish work by 5:30pm. Salisbury, NC and China Grove, NC are located just 40 minutes north of Charlotte, North Carolina

Requirements
Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from accredited veterinary college
Licensure in North Carolina or ability to obtain licensure in North Carolina
Experience in small animal medicine and surgery
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a large team environment
Commitment to providing high-quality veterinary care and client service
