We are an independently owned, equine-exclusive ambulatory practice located in Glenmoore, Pennsylvania, in the heart of Chester County horse country. Since 2006, we’ve been committed to providing high-quality, preventative-focused care while building lasting relationships with our clients and their horses.

Who We Are
Alliance Equine Health Care is a high-touch practice built on the values of compassion, respect, teamwork, integrity, and continual growth. We believe in slowing down enough to truly listen- to our clients, our patients, and to each other. Our work is centered on preventative medicine, but we also provide thorough and comprehensive care for the wide variety of medical problems our patients might present. We provide care for horses of all types and disciplines, from performance athletes to beloved companions, and offer a well-rounded scope of ambulatory services, including:
-Preventative and primary care
-Comprehensive dentistry
-Sports medicine and podiatry
-Internal medicine
-Integrative therapies (acupuncture, chiropractic, shockwave)
-Limited reproductive services
-Emergency services for active clients only
Our practice owner and lead veterinarian serves on the AAEP Infectious Disease Committee as well as the Foundation for the Horse Scholarship Review committee, reflecting our commitment to current, evidence-based medicine and veterinarian development/mentorship.

This is a practice designed for sustainability, where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Schedule and Support
-Doctors are scheduled 4-day work weeks for appointment days. Appointments are typically scheduled between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, allowing time for medical records, client communication, and follow-up
-Weeknight emergency duty is shared among AEHC doctors. In 2025, only 11 after-hours emergencies occurred on weekdays!
-Weekend/holiday emergency duty is shared with a neighboring practice (~1 weekend on call out of every 6). Doctors receive additional time off following on-call weekends.
-Dedicated assistant is available for appointment days. A second assistant is available for busy days or complex procedures.
-Experienced administrative team in the office for scheduling and client communication

We provide the tools and support needed to practice high-quality medicine.
-Digital radiography, ultrasound, upper airway endoscope, gastroscope, tonopen, ProStride, shock wave, and in-house laboratory equipment
-Dental endoscope, dental irrigation system, power dental equipment, extraction equipment
-Fully stocked work vehicle, laptop, and cell phone
Benefits
-Competitive base salary (DOE), with a transition to ProSal as your caseload develops. Separate emergency fee compensation.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a veterinarian who values preventative care, excels at client education and relationship building, and enjoys dentistry! Someone who communicates with warmth, clarity, and professionalism, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. New graduates seeking mentorship are strongly encouraged to apply. Experienced veterinarians looking for a more balanced, relationship-centered practice will also find a supportive and rewarding environment. Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Pennsylvania veterinary license and a DVM/VMD (or equivalent).
