• Small animal general practice with a strong focus on high-quality medicine and client relationships

Schedule

• Full-time schedule with strong emphasis on work-life balance
  
• Hospital open 6 days per week
  
• Schedule includes 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) plus a rotating half-day Saturday
  
• No on-call hours
  

Compensation

• Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000, negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and credentials
  
• Salary range based on a 40-hour work week; compensation outside of the listed range may be discussed
  
• Eligible for additional variable pay programs, including production earnings

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
  
• Licensure in good standing in Illinois, or the ability to obtain
  
• Commitment to practicing high-quality medicine and collaborative patient care
  
• Experienced veterinarians encouraged to apply
