Associate Veterinarian – Mentorship-Driven, Team-Focused Practice

We’re a collaborative, mentorship-driven veterinary practice seeking an associate veterinarian who values high-quality medicine, teamwork, and long-term growth.

Compensation & support: 

Total compensation range: $180,000–$300,000 (flexible base salary + production)

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited institution
Active veterinary license (or eligible for licensure) in the state
Commitment to practicing high-quality, compassionate medicine
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and collaborate with colleagues
Ability to manage cases responsibly and seek guidance when needed
Flexibility to adapt to clinic protocols and evolving cases
