- We are open to full-time or part-time candidates. A flexible schedule can be created to support your work-life balance, with shared responsibilities across appointments and procedures.
- Our DVMs enjoy collaborative support and time built in for high-quality medicine.
Cases
- We see small animal cases with a strong emphasis on wellness care, internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry. As an AAHA-accredited hospital, we uphold the highest standards of care and continually explore opportunities to expand our services. If you have a special interest, whether it's soft tissue surgery, dentistry, or a niche skill, we’d love to support it!

Total Rewards
As a VCA Associate, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:
Compensation
- Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work week.
- This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in (WI), or the ability to obtain
- A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
