Lead and mentor the clinical team

Practice Type: Mixed Animal / General Practice
Patient Volume: Busy, well-paced caseload
Support: 3:1
Case Mix: Companion animal + livestock + equine, including wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care

Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + production bonus
$25K Sign-on Bonus
DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program (on top of production)

What You’ll Bring
DVM/VMD (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Texas
Strong clinical foundation across small and/or mixed animal medicine
Leadership mindset with interest in mentoring and team development
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
